黄河铁路网鼓励用户参与网站建设.目前,网站的Rail Special特集、Bus Corner专题、中国铁路客运知多少、各地新交通系统介绍、中国高铁介绍、站车宣传画图鉴、中国铁道趣味、中国铁路机车图鉴及报站放送下载栏目接受投稿.

本站推行"铁路是一个整体"的理念.无论是国家铁路、地方铁路、工矿铁路,还是城市中的地铁、有轨电车甚至缆车,都视为铁路的范畴.

欲投至某栏目的稿件,必须与该栏目的主题相关并符合特定的要求.稿件应以汉语(不论简体/繁体)或英语撰写,作者应努力减少拼写、语法及搭配错误.稿件中涉及物理单位的,应采用国际单位制.涉及照片、视频的,不限制摄录设备,但鼓励作者保留拍摄时的原始风貌.

除管理员制作的内容外,所有投稿必须通过管理员及读者代表的审核后方能揭载,管理员可要求作者对原稿进行适当的修改,以适应揭载需求,并在揭载时调整/删除部分内容.

有以下行为之一的稿件实行一票否决制,不予揭载:

1)散布有违国家统一和民族团结的言论的;

2)宣扬色情、仇恨、邪教思想或教唆犯罪的;

3)所述内容严重背离事实或可能使读者产生重大误解的;

4)汉语或英语的稿件有大量拼写、语法、搭配错误,影响阅读的;

5)一稿多投稿件.

如欲投稿,请读者发送email到,写明作者姓名、单位,投稿的标题、内容和欲投的栏目,请不要使用QQ邮箱发送email.文字部分可以以附件形式发送,但请一律使用可以与Office2003兼容的格式(doc,xls,ppt等).涉及照片的,请使用JPG格式,并保证最小分辨率为1024×768.涉及地图的,需制作与Fireworks兼容的png矢量图.

Rail Special:突出"Special",主要收录不易见到的铁路运输形式及其载体.包括但不限于厂矿铁路、窄轨铁路、铁路轮渡、铁路博物馆等;

Bus Corner:收录不易见到的城市公共陆路无轨交通形式及其载体.包括但不限于特色线路、特色车辆、公交投币箱、一卡通互联互通等;

中国铁路机车图鉴:图鉴中没有的机车和车辆.可附解说.

中国高铁介绍:高铁线路图,列表中没有信息的高铁站照片和文字.

中国铁路客运知多少:铁路客运政策解说(需有规章依据),有关规章解说,有关业务办理体验.

中国铁道趣味:趣味车站信息,趣味城际公铁联运信息(需跨越地级行政单位).

站车宣传画图鉴:各地站车宣传画(需与铁路的运营理念或新开列车相关).

各地新交通系统介绍:各地有轨电车、BRT、无轨电车及其他新型较大运量交通工具的介绍.请注意,作者提交的照片,其摄影主体涉及的线路数须多于该地特定类型新交通系统线路数的50%(不含),且须为原创,大小不小于1024×768.

报站放送下载:铁路放送、公交放送、机场放送,不限制录制设备,要求语音完整、可辨别,并保存为wav格式.

The Yellow River Railway Web Site encourages readers to contribute to the site. At present, Rail Special (railspecial), Bus Corner (buscorner), Knowledge about China Railway Passenger Service (cnrpservice), City New Transportation System (newtransit), Introduction to China Highspeed Railway (crh), Ads in stations/on trains (statad), China Railway savor (cnrintere), Illustrations about Chinese Locomotives (cnloco) and Announcement downloads (announce) columns are calling for submissions.

We think that regardless of their forms, such national, local, industrial along with metro, tram and cable rails are all 'railway'.

Any submission must be suitable for and related to specific columns. The submission should be written in either Chinese (Traditional also accepted) or English. Authors must work hard to reduce grammar, spelling or collocation mistakes. To make it understandable to public, SI unit should be used in the submission. We do not limit the equipment used to take photo/video, but we encourage authors to keep photos/videos as their original view.

Besides the contents made by administrators, all the submissions must be reviewed by administrators and reviewers before posting. Thus, authors have to do some modifications so as to meet the requirements. We can also adjust/delete some contents when posting.

Any submission with the following contents shall be rejected.

1)Contents that are oppisite to national unity;

2)Contents that are containing porn, hate, cult and criminal information;

3)Contents that are far from truth or may greatly mislead the readers;

4)Contents with many spelling, grammar or collocation mistakes;

5)Contents that have been posted/are posting to another medium.

Submissions should be sent to . The full name and unit to the author, the title and contents to the submission and the columns to submit should be included. Sending the submission via attachments is accepted, but formats that are capable of Office 2003 (like doc, xls, ppt) should be used. Photos should be sent using JPG format, with its size larger than 1024×768. Maps should be made using vector images that are capable of Fireworks.

Rail Special: The contents must be about railway and are "Special"(i.e. rare to be seen) enough. Like industrial railway, narrow gauges, railway ferry, railway museums etc.

Bus Corner: The contents must be about bus and are special enough. Including (but not limited to) specific routes and cars. Bus coin boxes and IC card interconnections are also included.

Illustrations about Chinese Locomotives: Photos of locomotives and cars that not exist on the page. Suggested to attach an introduction.

Introduction to China Highspeed Railway: CRH maps, CRH stations that not exist on the page.

Knowledge about China Railway Passenger Service: Introduction to China railway passenger policies (must have foundations of regulations), explanations to railway passenger rules, business experiments.

China Railway savor: Interesting stations, interesting intercity bus/train transition (must go across municipal cities).

Ads in stations/on trains: Ads shown in stations/on trains that are related to operating thoughts or new trains operated.

City New Transportation System: Trams, BRT, Trolleybuses and other new, large traffic transport systems in cities. Authors who submit contents must ensure that the total number of routes covered in photo is greater than 50% that of the routes. All photos must be original and no smaller than 1024×768.

Announcement downloads: Announcements about rail, bus and airport. Equipment are not limited. The audio file should be in wav format and must be complete and discernible.
